Mason and Marlowe is a Manchester-based architecture, quantity surveying, project management, and planning consultancy firm. We have over 20 years experience in the construction industry with specialty in residential architecture, such as, home extensions, building conversions and renovations, and new build developments.Â
We also provide planning consultancy services to a variety of commercial projects, including but not limited; typical restaurants, hot-food takeaway restaurants, premises licence (alcohol and late night licences), night clubs and drinking establishments, education buildings, and industrial and manufacturing developments.Â
