We were appointed by the client to produce all Architectural drawings and Procure Planning Consent for the new development.

Making a difference

We are currently at the planning stage, and have been appointed to continue with managing the project to completion. This will entail, costing, producing a works programme/schedule, and implementing the management plan to deliver the project within budget and within the client’s time frame.

  • Preparing the budget and other cost requirements.

Client’s requirements
The building is part two-storey and part one-storey and currently used as a retail warehouse. We were appointed by the client to secure planning permission for a third storey and conversion of the building to residential luxury apartments.
Making a difference
We produced all Architectural and 3D drawings and procure Planning Consent for the new development, and the application was successful.

Vertical Extension
Client’s requirements
This is a single-storey building currently used as an office. We are appointed to secure planning permission for conversion to luxury apartments.
Making a difference
We advised on the potential to add two more stories above the existing building to increase the number of apartments and generate more revenue. Hence, we produced all the necessary architectural drawings, 3D and associated planning documents and sent it off to the council. The application was successful and the client was happy with our service.
