Mason and Marlowe is a Manchester-based architecture, quantity surveying, project management, and planning consultancy firm. We have over 20 years experience in the construction industry with specialty in residential architecture, such as, home extensions, building conversions and renovations, and new build developments.
We also provide planning consultancy services to a variety of commercial projects, including but not limited; typical restaurants, hot-food takeaway restaurants, premises licence (alcohol and late night licences), night clubs and drinking establishments, education buildings, and industrial and manufacturing developments.

It is quite common that applications are full of catastrophic technical errors that leads to rejection or refusal from the local authorities, when it should’ve been a simple and uncomplicated design and documentation task that leads to approval.

The building is part two-storey and part one-storey and currently used as a retail warehouse. We were appointed by the client to secure planning permission for a third storey and conversion of the building to 5no. residential luxury apartments.
We produced all Architectural, 3D drawings, and associated planning documentation. Mason and Marlowe successfully secured the planning permission and made a happy client.
